How It Works

The notary public will receive your booking request and initiate an online notarization invitation via email.
Click the Get Started button within that email.
Upload your document(s) on the next screen.
Complete identity verification and answer security questions.
Once your identity is verified, you will meet your notary via webcam and electronically sign your document.
The entire session will be recorded and saved as you and the notary sign online together. We store the video for ten years. We do not store the documents, so download them immediately.
When your session is complete, you will instantly receive an e-mail reminding you to download the final documents.
